PT3科是康复中心的重点科室之一
，对于不能正常步行的脑血管病患者，通过康复治疗最大限度使其正常化。科室每年都有来自全国各地的患者前来就诊，其中包括著名演员葛存壮，相声大师侯宝林等。同时也有来自许多国家的患者，像俄国、美国、韩国、日本、乌克兰等等。科室共有治疗师30名，其中副高职称1名，中级治疗师15名，其中共有5名硕士研究生。
科室主任刘惠林获得日本国际医疗福祉大学学士、硕士学位，并且是国际Bobath高级班认定成员，同时还是国际Bobath高级培训班中国举办方负责人。曾获得以下荣誉：
1990年，在中国康复研究中心和日本国立康复中心联合举办的理学疗法学习班中，成绩优异，顺利结业。
2010年，特聘为中国康复医学会康复治疗专业委员会第四届委员会副主任委员。
2011年，特聘为中国康复医学会康复治疗专业委员会物理治疗学组第一届学组委员。
2012年，经中国康复医学会康复医学教育专业委员会研究决定，特聘为中国康复治疗教育国际化物理治疗专家委员会委员。
科室部分治疗师曾参加国际医疗培训并取得相应证书，对于脑血管导致的偏瘫后遗症的康复治疗方面经验丰富，包括瘫痪肢体平衡与协调的障碍，肌张力增高或降低，膝反张、足内翻导致的步态异常等等。同时他们还承担首都医科大学教学工作和多项国际康复培训班的培训任务。治疗师除了对住院患者进行日常康复训练外，也对有康复需求的门诊患者进行治疗，同时指导患者或患者家属进行康复训练。科室还引进了Flexbox、FS等先进的康复设备，对患者的站立、行走等日常生活活动能力的提高有重要作用。
PT3科秉承全心全意为患者服务的原则，与时俱进，积极探索，技术水平处于全国一流。欢迎国内外同仁到科里进行交通沟流或进修学习。
Introduction of Department PT3
PT3 department is one of the most important departments in CRRC. Patients
with cerebrovascular disease who can’t walk normally can get maximum recovery
after treatment. There are a lot of patients from all over the country come to
this department for treatment, including the well-known actor Ge Cun-Zhuang,
crosstalk master Hou Bao-lin. There are many patients from other countries such
as Russia, America ,South Korea, Japan, and Ukraine.And there are 30 therapists
in this department including 1 deputy high therapist, 15 intermediate
therapists, and 5 of them have Master degree.
Mr. Lui Hui-lin , the head of the department, has got the Bachelor degree
and Master degree of International University of Medical Welfare. And he is one
of the identified members of the International Bobath Courses.And he is the
responsible person of the International Bobath Course organized in China.
Some therapists have participated in international training and got
International Certification. They are experienced in the rehabilitation of
hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular sequelae, including paralyzed limbs balance
and coordination barriers, increased or decreased muscle tone, genu recurvatum,
varus lead to abnormal gait and so on. At the same time they are in charge of
the teaching work of Capital Medical University and a number of international
rehabilitation training tasks. Therapists not only provide rehabilitation
training for inpatients, but also for outpatients who are in need of therapy.
They also offer rehabilitation guidance for patients or their families.This
department has also brought in Flexbox, FS and other advanced rehabilitation
equipments which play an important role in the recovery of patient’s activities
of daily living such as standing and walking ability.
This department persists in the principle of working for patients heart and
soul, advance with times and explore actively to keep a high level of treatment
techniques. Welcome native or foreign colleagues to the department for
